We looked at several houses on short notics. This includes the house that we bought. We looked at a house at 4pm Friday, Submitted the offer by 5pm, and had been accepted by 6pm. This is after we were preparing an offer on a house we had seen that morning.

Kim helped us buy a house and is helping us move. We had been about to submit an offer on a Friday when she sent us another house that was more attuned to our needs. At 4pm I saw the house. At 5pm we submitted the offer. By 7pm the open house was cancelled and we closed 30 days later. AMAZING!

Kim went above and beyond my expectations since I was relocating and downsizing from another state there were many times when Kim filled in for me, meeting tradespeople and holding a virtual walkthrough via FaceTime. There was even a day when my driveway had been “cheesed” and Kim went to the store to get supplies and then cleaned up the cheese that was either melted or frozen or both Kim also provided potential contacts for work I wanted done prior to move in, as well as contact info on medical resources I needed upon arrival. I know this is the care Kim gives to all her clients not just her mom. I’m very proud of Kim and so glad she was my agent.

Kim is a fantastic realtor. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and approachable. She welcomes any and all questions and takes time to explain the intricacies of home buying. We really appreciated her expertise when buying our first home. It was an overwhelming experience but she kept us on track, informed, and supported throughout the process. Although we are hopeful this is a “forever home” we would happily work with her in the future if needed.
